We will adapt following your targeted market segments (retail, corporate, private/UHNW) and type of transactions (real este, working capital requirement and capex, lombard loans, premium assets financing, etc.) 

Cooperating with your teams (commercial, risk, HR), we build a programm adapted to your needs. We lead the sessions letting space to interactive professional exchanges on operational cases, integrating the attendees' expectations upstream (quick survey and 20 mn interviews with team managers).

We deploy the sessions face-to-face or remote depending on your wishes and training objectives. We produce a training report eventually.
